How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches out to Explainedhall Heating & Air to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Topics You Can Raise

You are welcome to write to us about:

  • Your experience calling or contacting Explainedhall Heating & Air
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If Your Concern Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please understand that Explainedhall Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@explainedhall.garden and include:

  • Your name and the preferred way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We acknowledge complaints by email, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Afterward, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with HVAC contractors, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help too.
